We want you to love everything you receive from Creations by Kay Rose. As a small, handmade business, please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Handmade Items Please note that slight variations in colour, pattern placement, and texture are a natural part of handmade and printed products — these are not considered faults and make each piece unique.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at creationsbykayrose@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges where stock allows. Please contact us to check availability before sending anything back.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
